Improve Lila’s AI models for customer-specific scientific workflows by training and adapting models, building evaluation systems, debugging behavior, and integrating capabilities into production products.
What you'll do
- Build evaluation loops and design experiments to improve model quality, reliability, and customer fit.
- Debug model failures and feed customer learnings and evaluation results into model improvement cycles.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and software teams to integrate model capabilities into end-to-end workflows.
