What you'll do
- Own quality measurement, standards, audits, compliance, procedures, and continuous improvement across programs.
- Build and oversee the roadmap for Quality Agents; evaluate their performance and determine when human review is needed.
- Lead the Quality team and partner with customers, Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations on quality programs and improvements.
