Senior Full Stack Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and build a low-latency, multi-participant translation pipeline and event-driven correction and broadcast system.
• Build meeting and interpreter interfaces that integrate with platform SDKs, and turn product requirements into scoped plans and shipped features.
• Establish testing, CI/CD, and release practices; collaborate across teams and help set engineering standards as the initiative grows.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience, including end-to-end ownership of complex real-time or streaming systems.
• Strong backend experience with REST APIs, streaming or low-latency transport, event-driven architecture, and concurrent-session state and message routing.
• Strong React/TypeScript frontend experience building complex, stateful real-time interfaces; experience integrating third-party platform SDKs or extension frameworks.
• US citizenship and residence in the United States; experience with ASR/MT/NLP or latency-sensitive ML-in-the-loop systems, ambiguous 0-to-1 planning, and validation across varied customer configurations.

Nice to have

• Experience with speech/audio pipelines, CAT tools or linguist-facing interfaces, localization/TMS workflows, or cross-platform architectures.
• Microsoft Teams app or bot development; regulated or high-security environments; mentoring engineers and setting technical standards.

Pay

$125,120 – $166,000 (base salary; posting does not specify whether this range is base salary or total pay)
