Owns LILT’s connector strategy and roadmap, leading integrations from discovery through launch and improving their reliability and customer readiness.
What you'll do
- Set connector priorities and coordinate delivery with Engineering, customer-facing teams, and customers.
- Define requirements, assess technical feasibility, and lead validation and acceptance testing.
- Improve connector reliability and enable implementation and support teams with documentation, runbooks, and escalation guidance.
