Member of Technical Staff - Applied ML, RecSys

What you'll do

• Own customer engagements from requirements through model delivery and evaluation.
• Build data pipelines and curate user interaction and feature data for model training.
• Fine-tune recommendation models, assess ranking quality and production performance, and build reusable tooling.

What they ask for

• Hands-on experience building or fine-tuning recommendation models at scale.
• Experience with sequential recommendation architectures, user behavior modeling, or large-scale ranking systems.
• Experience with recommendation data quality, evaluation design, and large-scale data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with autonomous coding and debugging ability.

Nice to have

• Experience with transformer-based recommendation architectures such as HSTU, SASRec, or BERT4Rec.
• Experience delivering recommendations to external customers, or serving models under latency and throughput constraints.
