Build and own platform engineering components for Listen Labs’ AI-native product, which runs AI-moderated interviews and turns human preferences into insights and API-accessible signals.
What you'll do
- Own a product area end to end across the LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and UX.
- Build and improve platform capabilities supporting large-scale interviews and human-preference modeling.
- Evaluate and push the limits of LLMs and AI-generated research outputs.
