Build and own end-to-end product engineering for an AI-native platform that conducts interviews, models human preferences, and helps customers make product decisions.
What you'll do
- Own a product area and make decisions across the LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and UX.
- Build and improve AI-powered research products, including the Human API, interview systems, and agent evaluations.
- Scope work independently, consider customer needs, and investigate failures to their root cause.
