About the job
Build and run the day-to-day processes, tooling, reporting, and cross-functional coordination for Lithic’s Program Management business line, which manages bank relationships, compliance, and client card programs.
What you'll do
- Own Program Management’s operating processes, tooling, and reporting.
- Lead cross-functional projects and help launch new initiatives, from bank partnerships to product constructs and managed services.
- Document and standardize informal processes, identify automation opportunities, and address operational questions from other teams.
