Leads customer implementations of Lithic’s card issuing and processing platform, coordinating technical setup and integrations to launch customer programs efficiently.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle customer implementations, including requirements, configurations, integrations, and project plans.
- Coordinate technical deliverables and integrations with network and issuer partners; remove blockers and manage risks.
- Build customer relationships, advise on the platform, and identify operational and process improvements.
