Own Lithic’s client, third-party, and enterprise risk assessment programs, program underwriting, and the deployment of AI tooling across assessment workflows.
What you'll do
- Conduct and operate risk assessments, including evidence collection, scoring, written assessments, registers, reviews, and committee materials.
- Own underwriting criteria and recommend limits and reserves; reassess programs as they change.
- Improve assessment processes and deploy, tune, and document agentic tooling; report risk metrics and support audit, bank, and examiner requests.

- Hands-on risk assessment experience in fintech, payments, or banking across client or counterparty, third-party or vendor, and enterprise or operational risk.
- Working knowledge of underwriting fundamentals, including financial statement review, liquidity and runway analysis, loss and exposure monitoring, and limit setting.
- Experience owning risk programs end to end with limited guidance, including authoring SOPs and defining metrics.
- Ability to interpret ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and PCI DSS AOC control reports and translate findings into residual risk and remediation requests.
