About the job
Designs and delivers technical solutions for clients using Lithic’s card-issuing platform, guiding customer relationships from pre-sale through integration, launch, and ongoing optimization.
What you'll do
- Advise strategic clients, lead technical discovery, and turn their needs into integration designs and implementation plans.
- Guide and review client integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and identify risks or optimization opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, banks, and compliance teams on proposals, client feedback, and program requirements.
