Works with customers to design, build, troubleshoot, and scale real-time communication and voice AI applications on the LiveKit platform.
What you'll do
- Design architectures and build integrations, prototypes, and reference implementations for customer applications.
- Help customers with SDKs, APIs, infrastructure, deployment, and production debugging; lead technical workshops.
- Share customer insights with Product and Engineering and contribute to developer experience and open-source improvements.
