Works with customer engineering teams to design, build, debug, and scale real-time communication and voice AI applications on LiveKit.
What you'll do
- Design customer architectures and build integrations, prototypes, and reference implementations.
- Help customers with SDKs, APIs, infrastructure, deployment, and production troubleshooting; lead technical workshops.
- Share customer insights with Product and Engineering to improve the platform, developer experience, documentation, and tooling.
