About the job
Runs and builds LiveKit’s US and international payroll operations, including tax compliance, reconciliation, processes, and payroll support.
What you'll do
- Run end-to-end US and international payroll and manage related tax filings and compliance.
- Reconcile payroll to the general ledger, support month-end close, and build payroll processes and documentation.
- Manage PEO/EOR relationships, support equity administration and reporting, and respond to employee and auditor questions.
What they ask for
- Hands-on experience running US and international payroll, including Canada and/or the EU.
- Direct experience managing payroll tax filings.
- Experience with multi-state US payroll for a remote, distributed team.
- Strong experience with PEO and/or EOR structures.
Nice to have
- CPP, FPC, or similar payroll certification.
