About the job
Build and run the systems, processes, and tools that help LiveKit’s product team plan, measure goals, manage its roadmap, learn from customers, and grow as the organization scales.
What you'll do
- Own the product team’s operating cadence, roadmap system, goal tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain lightweight product development and launch practices, and coordinate internal launch readiness with marketing.
- Build customer insight systems and support PM onboarding, training, tools, and team development.
