Performs vehicle diagnostics, electronic and mechanical repairs, programming, and calibrations for customer vehicles, while documenting work and communicating repair needs.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and perform vehicle calibration repairs using OEM or aftermarket scan tools; complete programming and pre- and post-scans.
- Perform minor electrical diagnostics, test-drive vehicles after repairs, and assist with light mechanical or electrical work.
- Document repair needs, use SalesForce for job assignments and invoicing, and communicate with customers about work orders and additional repairs.
