What you'll do
- Lead, schedule, coach, and review drivers and other cross-dock staff.
- Coordinate delivery routes and schedules; monitor safety, productivity, and on-time delivery.
- Oversee fleet maintenance, shipment and returns communication, facility organization, and operational reporting.
