What you'll do
- Provide customers with information about parts, pricing, warranties, delivery, and payment options; recommend alternatives when parts are unavailable.
- Process orders and transaction documents, including invoices, credits, work orders, and returns.
- Develop prospective customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
