About the job
Build customer relationships and grow sales by making outbound calls, advising customers on automotive aftermarket products, and processing quotes and orders.
What you'll do
- Make outbound sales calls and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Support customers by answering questions about parts, pricing, availability, services, and technical issues.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and process quotes, orders, and supporting documentation.
