About the job
Provides customer-level technical support to grow and retain PB&E accounts through product demonstrations, training, troubleshooting, color support, and review of product use in repair processes.
What you'll do
- Demonstrate products and conduct line trials and in-shop training for prospective and existing customers.
- Identify causes of product failures and problems, resolve color issues, and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Support new-account sales and installation, and review repair processes for proper product use.
