Provides end-user IT support and onboarding for Loft employees, administers SaaS access, maintains IT documentation, and supports office, lab, network, and AV systems.
What you'll do
- Handle Colorado support requests and tickets, including lab operations, equipment procurement, and audit support.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and administer devices and SaaS permissions across offices.
- Maintain IT documentation and assist with AV support and network upgrades.
