Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized software and product engineering roles supporting Loft Orbital’s satellite platforms, mission operations, ground systems, and product development.
What you'll do
- Source, assess, and guide technical candidates from initial outreach through offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies and provide market insights.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records and candidate communications.
