Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized software and product engineering roles supporting Loft Orbital’s satellite platforms, mission operations, ground systems, and product development.
What you'll do
- Source, engage, screen, and manage candidates through offers and the full interview lifecycle.
- Partner with hiring managers to translate technical needs into sourcing strategies and advise on talent markets and hiring outcomes.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain accurate recruiting records and metrics.
