Leads technical scoping, client integrations, and implementation projects, connecting enterprise supply-chain processes and systems to Loop’s platform.
What you'll do
- Manage solution scoping and implementations, coordinating client and internal stakeholders, requirements, timelines, and handoffs.
- Lead integrations with client TMS/ERP and other systems, including schema mapping and integration design.
- Conduct tailored product demos and advise clients on process transformation, testing, training, go-live, and system cutovers.
