About the job
Own and deliver complex enterprise implementations of Loop’s platform from kickoff through launch and handoff, while advising clients and improving implementation practices.
What you'll do
- Manage multiple enterprise implementations, including discovery, configuration, project planning, risk management, launch, and handoff to Customer Success.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams, advise senior stakeholders, and support sales scoping and technical discovery.
- Mentor junior team members and improve implementation playbooks, templates, and standards.
