Leads Loop’s AI platform product strategy and roadmap, enabling internal teams to build, evaluate, and operate reusable agent capabilities and automation.
What you'll do
- Set platform priorities and drive the agent runtime, orchestration, autonomy guardrails, and automation evaluation.
- Establish platform KPIs and make evidence-based investment and trade-off decisions across capability, cost, and latency.
- Partner with engineering, AI Operations, Solutions, and Implementation to scale platform capabilities and move validated workflows into products.
