Leads full-cycle recruiting and helps build scalable hiring processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experiences across Loop.
What you'll do
- Manage recruiting from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies, structured interviews, and assessment criteria.
- Improve recruiting processes and track funnel metrics to strengthen hiring effectiveness.
