Build and improve Loop’s infrastructure and developer platform to enable safer releases, self-service workflows, stronger reliability, and effective use of AI agents.
What you'll do
- Build self-service infrastructure and delivery workflows, including safer releases and automated recovery.
- Improve AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, observability, security, and operational reliability.
- Partner across engineering, support on-call and incident response, and coach teammates on platform systems.

- Hands-on Kubernetes experience, including configuration, secrets, deployment, scaling, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience operating AWS infrastructure for production systems with meaningful traffic and availability requirements.
