What you'll do
- Monitor receiving, shipping, and selling patterns and oversee inventory to help identify shrink and shortages.
- Establish processes and controls to improve safety, hazmat, shrink, and security outcomes; monitor and address criminal activity.
- Coach and train associates, coordinate protection and safety programs, and respond to violent altercations when needed.
