What you'll do
- Monitor inventory flow and adjust staffing across receiving, picking, shipping, and support tasks; address bottlenecks and equipment issues.
- Promote safe work practices, resolve safety concerns, and complete incident and accident reports.
- Lead and train associates, manage performance and team communication, and provide branch leadership when serving as Manager-on-Duty.
