Partners with district and site leaders to align people strategies with business goals, strengthen talent and engagement, and lead HR support for operational and organizational change.
What you'll do
- Advise leaders on people strategy, organizational performance, talent development, engagement, and HR practices.
- Guide recruiting and staffing plans, leadership selection, talent reviews, and associate development.
- Coach leaders on change management and support HR needs for site openings, closings, relocations, and restructuring.
