What you'll do
- Set execution strategy and priorities for merchandising projects, resets, and ongoing store maintenance; resolve merchandising issues.
- Lead, coach, and support daytime and overnight teams and their managers across the district.
- Plan and forecast operational and safety needs, and manage related travel and budget expenses.
