Protects a Lowe’s store by deterring and investigating theft, enforcing security measures, and supporting a safe customer and associate environment.
What you'll do
- Coach associates and leaders on shrink awareness, theft deterrence, and customer service; coordinate with store and Asset Protection leadership on theft trends and prevention plans.
- Monitor surveillance and security systems, investigate theft, fraud, and policy violations, and maintain case files and evidence.
- Conduct external theft apprehensions and interviews, support law enforcement and court proceedings, and respond to security incidents.
