Protects the store by deterring and investigating theft, monitoring security, and supporting a safe environment for customers and associates.
What you'll do
- Coach associates and leaders on shrink awareness, theft deterrence, and customer service; partner with store leadership on theft trends and action plans.
- Monitor surveillance and security systems, investigate suspected theft or policy violations, conduct apprehensions and interviews, and maintain case files.
- Validate store security measures, respond to alarms and potentially violent situations, and support law enforcement, audits, and court proceedings.
