Protects a Lowe’s store by deterring and investigating theft, enforcing security measures, and supporting safe customer service.
What you'll do
- Train associates and leaders on shrink awareness, theft deterrence, and customer service; partner with store and AP leadership on theft trends and prevention plans.
- Monitor store areas and security tools, investigate theft and policy violations, conduct apprehensions and interviews, and maintain case files.
- Support law enforcement and court proceedings, assist internal investigations, and respond to security or emergency situations.
