Full Time - Asset Protection Agent - Day

What you'll do

• Coach associates and leaders on shrink awareness, theft deterrence, and customer service; partner with leadership on theft trends and action plans.
• Monitor store activity and security systems, investigate theft and policy violations, and maintain case files and evidence.
• Conduct external theft apprehensions and interviews, support law enforcement and court proceedings, and respond to security or emergency situations.

What they ask for

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of the education requirement, if applicable.
• If required by the state or local municipality, hold a salesperson license or pass the licensing exam within 60 days of starting.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Psychology or Criminal Justice; background in Business, Criminal Justice, Safety, or a related loss prevention/asset protection field.
• Retail investigation experience; physical security systems experience (e.g., CCTV, EAS); organized crime investigations; national certified training (e.g., Wicklander-Zuwalski or Reed training); or professional accreditation (e.g., LPQ, LPC) or equivalent experience.

Pay

$18.50 - $20.75 per hour (base salary)
