Protects the store by deterring and investigating theft, supporting associates, monitoring security, and responding to safety incidents.
What you'll do
- Coach associates and leaders on shrink awareness, theft deterrence, and customer service.
- Monitor surveillance and security systems; investigate theft, fraud, and policy violations, maintaining case files and supporting law enforcement as needed.
- Maintain a safe and secure store, validate security measures, and respond to alarms and potentially violent situations.
