Protects the store by deterring and investigating theft, enforcing security measures, supporting law enforcement, and promoting associate awareness and customer service.
What you'll do
- Train associates and leaders on shrink awareness, theft deterrence, and customer service; partner with leadership on theft trends and prevention plans.
- Monitor store activity and security systems, investigate suspected theft or policy violations, and maintain case files and evidence.
- Conduct external theft apprehensions and interviews, support law enforcement and court proceedings, and respond to security or safety incidents.
