What you'll do
- Coach associates on service quality; answer questions, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
- Use the Orders App to fulfill pickup, installation, delivery, same-day/gig, and curbside orders; coordinate Pro Call Ahead Orders.
- Support inventory accuracy, safety, equipment compliance, scheduling, and fulfillment-area organization.
