Leads daily order fulfillment by coordinating picking, staging, validation, customer service, safety, inventory accuracy, and team coverage.
What you'll do
- Coach associates and fulfill customer orders across pickup, installation, delivery, same-day, and curbside channels.
- Resolve customer and operational issues; support inventory accuracy, safety, and fulfillment-area standards.
- Assist with scheduling, coverage, and communication of fulfillment priorities.
