What you'll do
- Coach associates and fulfill Pickup, Install, Delivery, Same Day / Gig, and Curbside orders using the Orders App.
- Resolve customer and operational issues; coordinate fulfillment priorities, schedules, and coverage with leadership and Pro Sales.
- Support inventory accuracy, safety, organization, and powered-equipment operations and certifications.
