What you'll do
- Coach fulfillment associates and resolve customer and operational issues, escalating when needed.
- Use the Orders App to fulfill pickup, installation, delivery, same-day/gig, and curbside orders; coordinate Pro Call Ahead Orders.
- Support inventory accuracy and safety through audits, validation, daily checks, and equipment operation; assist with scheduling and coverage.
