About the job
Helps Lowe’s customers choose and obtain home improvement products and services, while maintaining merchandise and supporting store operations in the Appliances department.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them locate, select, and handle merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare department merchandise for customer needs.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and cross-train in other store areas.
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- At least 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; able to meet the role’s standing, sitting, and lifting requirements, including lifting at least 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without an accommodation.
Nice to have
- 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience; bilingual skills.
- Certification in a trade related to the department.
