About the job
Helps Lowe’s customers select building materials and other home-improvement products, provides customer service, and supports merchandise handling and store operations.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them locate, select, and handle merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare department merchandise for customers.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and cross-train in other store areas.
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- At least 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills; ability to perform required physical duties, including lifting at least 25 lbs.
