About the job
Provides customer service in Lowe’s Building Materials department by helping shoppers select merchandise, preparing and replenishing products, and processing orders and deliveries.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them locate, select, and handle merchandise.
- Replenish shelves and prepare department merchandise for customer needs, such as cutting and bundling wood or drywall.
- Process orders and deliveries accurately and cross-train in other store areas.
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- At least 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Basic reading, writing, addition, and subtraction skills; ability to perform duties involving prolonged standing, sitting, and other physical activities.
