About the job
Assist Lowe’s customers in the Building Materials department by helping them select merchandise, maintaining stock, processing orders, and providing service during closing shifts.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, locate merchandise, and guide them through shopping or checkout.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare merchandise to meet customer needs.
- Cross-train in other store areas and perform other assigned duties.
What they ask for
- 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills; ability to perform duties involving prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
