About the job
Assist customers in Lowe’s Building Materials department by answering questions, helping them select and handle products, and completing merchandise and order tasks.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them locate and select merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and train across store areas as needed.
