About the job
Provides customer service in Lowe’s Building Materials department by helping customers select products, handling merchandise, and maintaining department stock.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them locate, select, and handle merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare materials to meet customer needs.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and cross-train in other store areas.
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- At least 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
