Welcomes Lowe’s customers, helps them select and handle building materials and other merchandise, and supports stocking, order processing, and department tasks.
What you'll do
- Provide friendly customer service, answer questions, and guide customers through shopping or checkout.
- Help customers locate and handle merchandise; replenish shelves and process orders and deliveries.
- Prepare department merchandise for customer needs, such as cutting and bundling wood or drywall, and cross-train in other store areas.
What they ask for
- At least 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
- At least 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills; able to perform job-related activities and lift at least 25 lbs unassisted, or over 25 lbs with or without an accommodation.
Nice to have
- 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience; bilingual skills.
- Certification in a trade related to the department.
Pay
