About the job
Help customers in the Building Materials department find and select products, answer questions, handle merchandise, and complete related sales-floor tasks.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service while helping them locate and handle merchandise.
- Replenish shelves, process orders and deliveries, and prepare merchandise for customer needs, such as cutting and bundling wood or cutting drywall.
- Guide customers through shopping or checkout and cross-train in other store areas.
